Uniquely Varied
Most of our items are handmade with care. Because of this, small variations or imperfections in the materials are not flaw, they’re what makes them a part of each piece’s unique character.
 
From Us to You
We’re a small operation (often the shipping department is a team of one!) so please allow 2-3 days for your shipping confirmation to arrive. Once shipped, it may be 48 hours before USPS tracking updates appear. If you haven’t seen your order start its journey to you after a couple of days, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to look into it and share your tracking details.

Once Delivered
Once a package is marked as “Delivered“ by the carrier, Amarillo Stationery cannot be responsible for its loss or theft. We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements in these cases, but in the unfortunate event that this happens, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to support you in filing a claim with the carrier so that they might find a resolution with you.
 
Return Details
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. All return approvals are at the discretion of Amarillo Stationery. We may decline a return if an item has been altered, damaged, improperly used, or deemed to be not in its original condition. To start a return, please email hello@amarillostationery.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if helpful. We’ll respond as soon as we can with next steps. For all returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Amarillo Exclusives
Because of their proprietary nature and limited quantities, all Only at Amarillo items are considered final sale.
 
Ink Spills
Because of the nature of postage and packaging, if an ink sample arrives having spilled in transit, we’ll refund the cost of the damaged item rather than replace it.
 
A Note About the José Naranja Manuscripts
Please note that the José Naranja manuscripts are available in Spanish only. These are facsimiles of original handmade works; therefore, translations are not provided.
